We were really surprised to read about "Corky's" death.  We are so sorry.  The Blandfords were wonderful neighbors.  Corky was just school kid.  I recall that he needed a tube from a roll of paper towels so he could make a surprise gift for Bev.  Sherry asked if I had one and I did.  Ray, Bev and Sherry, also Linda and family, we will remember you in our prayers.  With our sympathy,  Arnold and Mildred Woodring

Gods speed Ray. I will miss my old buddy he always brought a smile to my face. Ray always made the best of what he had and laughed in the face of adversity. I hope heaven is full of antique engines he can tinker with.

Linda, I just heard about your husband yesterday. Be strong girl if you can and if you can’t be strong you have a lot of friends to lean on.

So sorry,

I am so sorry to hear of Ray’s passing.  He was a classmate of mine in Fremont where we recently held our 35th HS reunion.  I was hoping to see many of my old classmates, including Ray.  My long term memory was that he always seemed smarter than me.  May your loving memories of Ray help you smile again. – Kenny Kent (Class of ’74)
