Pat & Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.  The world is a better place because Bob Chamberlain has journeyed through it and he is now in a better place.  Bob will always be in our memories, the way he made us laugh, the wisdom he imparted, and the stories he told.  Bob was a joy to know, a very wise man who will be sincerely missed.

We are writing this with a feeling of great loss after hearing about the
home going of our dear friend. I think back to the times we spent with Bob
and Pat doing remodeling work on the Sunday School rooms at church and also
the church nursery. Bob and Pat worked well as a team, they always wanted
things done properly.  It was a pleasure to work with them.  They also
helped our family out on numerous occasions.  They took part in festivities
surrounding the occasion of each of our children graduating from high
school. They traveled to Lynchburg, VA with us when Jamie graduated from
Liberty University. Their home was always open to missionaries that were
home on furlough. Bob was a great Sunday School teacher and he was church
treasurer for many years.  Our family, including each of our four children,
held the Chamberlains in high regard. I know Bob is in a better place now,
but we will miss him.  We are praying that Pat will feel the peace and
strength that only the Lord can give.

Dear Pat,

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Bob's sudden death. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.  Here I just saw you after all these many years at Aunt Gretchen's funeral, and you both looked so well, and to learn two weeks later that Bob has passed away, I was so shocked! We never know what the future holds for us do we!

I am sorry I was unable to attend the funeral, but please know that my thoughts and prayers were there with you and will be in the days to come.

Sincerely,

Your cousin,

Judy (Beverwyk) Cooper
