Christopher, Viola V.
Viola V. Christopher, age 86 of White Cloud, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2009 at her home. Viola was born on January 17, 1923 in Wellsville, Ohio to Watson and Lavada (Pickens) Tice and has been a longtime resident of the White Cloud area. Viola had been a production worker at White Cloud Products, Gerber Products Company and had been a caregiver for her father for several years. Viola had enjoyed watching television, shopping at thrift stores and yard sales and treasured the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
SURVIVORS : John (Dorothy) Tice of North Carolina; David (Joanne) Tice of Muskegon; Sylvia Caseltine of White Cloud; Barbara (Bert) Caseltine of White Cloud James (Mable) Tice of Holton; Kenneth (Barbara) Tice of White Cloud; Donald (Melody) Tice of Rothbury; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; her sisters and brothers, Perry “Bud” (Donna) Tice of Muskegon; William “Joe” (Shirley) Tice of White Cloud; Arizona; Bernard (Angie) Tice of Apache Junction, Arizona; Lenora Bowman of Muskegon; Gloria Bills of Texas; several nieces and nephews; her sisters-in-laws, Jane Tice and Mary Tice. She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Tice; her grandson, Ken Allen Tice; her sister, Bessie Ackerman; her brothers, Pete Tice; Emery Tice and Jerry Tice.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at the Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel with Pastor Doug Bennett, Heartland Hospice Chaplain presiding with interment in the White Cloud Cemetery.
