DeLong, Beverly W.

Beverly W. DeLong, age 84 of White Cloud, passed away Monday at the Spectrum Health Kent Community Campus in Grand Rapids.  Beverly was born on July 22, 1923 in White Cloud to Rowland G. and Alice (Scharphorn) Hawley and met and later married Thomas “Ted” DeLong on Oct. 11, 1956 in White Cloud.  Ted preceded her in death in 1990.  Beverly has been a lifelong resident of the White Cloud area where she was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking, gardening and playing yahtzee. 

SURVIVORS : Marcia Binney of Grand Rapids; Ruth (Brent) McClain of Muskegon; Bill DeLong of White Cloud; Thomas DeLong of Grand Rapids; David DeLong of White Cloud; her grandchildren, Regina (Terry) Duplanty; Tim (Patty) Stillson; Mark (Becky) Elliott; Zoie DeLong; Ryan DeLong; Kimberly (Craig) Kolavcik; Annette (Tim) Shield; her great grandchildren, Michael Colby; Ashley and Timothy Stillson; Kimberly Elliott; Britney & Brent Kolavcik; Leah, Marcus, and Dominick Shield; her great great grand daughter, Brianna Lennox; her sister, Esther Cline of White Cloud; her sister-in-law, Kate (Chris) Christoffersen of Fremont; many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

VISITATION : Thursday from 5-8pm at Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel.  FUNERAL SERVICES : Friday at 1pm at the Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel.  INTERMENT : Lincoln Township Cemetery.  MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : Fred & Lena Meijer Heart Center.
