To Paul's family:
Paul and Maxine were my neighbors and
friends so many years ago and we remained friends over the years. I have
missed Maxine and her siblings, but lost contact with Paul after Maxine's
death. My brother Ken and Paul were boyhood playmates and longtime
friends. We know Paul's family will miss him. My husband, Arnold, didn't
know Paul. With sympathy and prayers, Mildred (Wheeler) Woodring

Mary, Pat & family,
Cousin Dan called yesterday from AZ to let us know of your Dads'
passing. So many memories flood in of times at Grandma & Grandpa Bacons
house, while he & Maxine were dating; the strong faith both of them had
and their faithfulness as members of the Fremont Christian Church; good
visits with them at this home when we came back to Fremont--including a
time when Bruce slept in the car with our dog, Shep--as Shep didn't get
along with other dogs. It was always fun to catch up on Fremont news &
eat Maxs' delicious meals! Our love and prayers are with you now.
Please keep in touch.

Linda called me last night to say that Dan had
called her to let her know that your dad has passed away. I knew that his
health had not been good for some time. But like Linda, I remember all
those good times over at Grandma Bacon's when we visited with Paul,
Maxine, Dan, Bob, Phyllis, Ann and Charlie. Then later when Paul & Max
were married over at their house for dinner when we came over from Flint.
In later years after dad died (Harold) Paul
stopped out in Colorado to visit with mom (Dorothy). Our thoughts and
prayers go out to you and remember Paul & Max are together again.

Paul's Family,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your Dad. It's always tough
but neither we should we wish them back. We know they are in a much
better place under much better hands and already in perfect condition.
Our parents, Harold and Jean Geeting and your folks, traveled together
some, fished, played cards and general got into mischief together.
Well, the Dads did anyway..
