Adeline Beninger, age 91 of Fremont, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2004 at her home. She was born on May 13, 1913 in North Augusta, South Carolina to Albert C. Bert and Junetta Nettie (Swenson) Kennicott. She had been a seamstress and tailor in New York City for many years and later retired from Kaiser in Rothbury, Michigan. She enjoyed and taught roller skating for many years and was a member of the Holton Evangelical Lutheran Church. She is survived by many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Beninger and Edmond Balahoski; her parents and 7 brothers and sisters. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 from the Holton Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Paul Zager presiding with interment in the Lakeside Cemetery in Muskegon.
