Allan L. Wenger, age 85 of White Cloud, formerly of Newburg, Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at his home. Allan was born on May 27, 1933 in Newburg, Pennsylvania to Theodore Noah and Mabel P. (Franklin) Wenger and later married Deborah Gipe on July 19, 1985 in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Allan was a veteran of the Korean War where he served in the United States Army. Allan has been a resident of the Newaygo County area for the past 30 years and had been a truck driver all his life and retired from JTB Trucking in Twin Lake. Allan enjoyed being on his tractor, cutting, wood, hunting, fishing in Canada and trucking, but especially treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren. Allan is survived by his wife, Deborah of White Cloud; his children, Allan L. (Amy) Wenger Jr. of White Cloud; Renae (Walter "Bubba") Washburn Jr. of White Cloud; Amanda Jo Wenger of White Cloud; his grandchildren, Alexis, Logan, Kloie, Chasidy, Bella, Ashlyn, Trinity, Tyler and Kaylee; his sister, Mabel Hoover of Newburg, Pennsylvania; his nieces, Donna and Susan.
