Ann-Marie Kozicki, RN, age 42 of Fremont, formerly of Spring Lake, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 18, 2011 at her home. Ann Marie was born on April 9, 1968 in Grand Rapids. Ann Marie graduated from Spring Lake High School and received her nursing degree at the Muskegon Community College. She had worked at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility for the past 18 years where she was a Registered Nurse. Ann Marie enjoyed traveling, bowling and attending plays at the theatre. She was a member of the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo. She is survived by her mother, Wanda Kozicki of Fremont; her brothers, John Kozicki of Fremont; Michael (Ann) Kozicki of Grand Rapids; her nephews, Bill Kozicki and Andy Kozicki. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Kozicki on November 14, 2009. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 11am at the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo following cremation with interment in the St. Bartholomew Catholic Cemetery in Newaygo. Friends may consider the Newaygo County Commission on Aging or the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church Building Fund for memorial contributions in memory of Ann Marie.
