Balluff, Arnold Arnold Balluff, age 86 of White Cloud, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2000 at the Spectrum Health Services in Grand Rapids. He was born on April 4, 1913 in Chicago, Illinois to Charles R. and Kathryn (Berry) Balluff and moved to White Cloud in 1920. He had been a hunter and trapper all his life. He was a Army veteran of W.W. II serving in France and was awarded the Purple Heart for his service during his service in the Army. He is survived by his niece, Marilyn Goodrich of White Cloud; several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Kathryn Balluff; and his brothers, Raymond and Alan Balluff. Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 26, 2000 from the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in White Cloud with Rev. Father Richard VanLente presiding with interment in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in White Cloud. Military services presented by the Newaygo V. F. W. Sportsmans Post 4249. Arrangements by Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud.
