Arthur John "Art" Kohlbeck, age 74, of Brohman passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at his home with his family by his side. Art was born on November 25, 1945, in Grand Rapids to Edward and Alta (Kanter) Kohlbeck and married Diane Marie Stanard on August 26, 1967, in Ada. Art was a machinist at Imperial Metals in Grand Rapids. Art loved fishing, camping, and spending time with his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Art was a leader for the CSI Youth Group in White Cloud and an active member of the White Cloud United Methodist Church. Art is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Diane; brother and sister, Norman (Mary) Kohlbeck of Colorado and Maryann Kaufman of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews; many special friends; sisters-in-law, Pam (Ed) Ellinger and Sue (Tom) Brown; and mother-in-law, Marie Kolhbeck. Art was preceded by his brothers, Leon, Harold, Clifford, Bernie, and Norbert Kohlbeck; his parents, Edward and Alta; brother-in-law, Ron Stanard; and father-in-law, Claire Stanard. There will be private graveside services at Findley Cemetery in Ada at a later time.
