Benjamin Scott Crofoot, age 22 of Wyoming and formerly of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 3, 2001 at the Spectrum Health Services in Grand Rapids. He was born on August 17, 1978 in Fremont to Benjamin E. and Connie L. (Lance) Crofoot and had been a automotive glass technician at Henderson Glass in Grand Rapids. He enjoyed spending time with his son, friends, basketball, weightlifting, fishing, watching football. He is survived by his life long companion, Marah Griswold of Wyoming; his son, Grant Benjamin Scott Crofoot of Wyoming; his parents, Ben E. and Connie Crofoot of Fremont; his grandmother, Marzieanna Crofoot of White Cloud; his brother and sisters, Jolene (Michael) Ebert of St. Louis, MO; Michael (Suzanne) Crofoot of White Cloud; Cathy (James) Greer of Fremont; Nancy (Gordon) Stevens of Cedar Springs; Cindy (Steve) Walker of White Cloud; Angela Anes of Grand Rapids; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; LOTS of great friends. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 7, 2001 from the Christ Lutheran Church in White Cloud with Rev. Richard Hoogerhyde presiding with interment in the White Cloud Cemetery.
