Koch, Benjamin Benjamin Koch, age 1 year 4 months, passed away Monday, March 19, 2007 at the North Ottawa Hospital in Grand Haven. Ben was born on November 8, 2005 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids to Don and Doreen (McAllister) Koch Jr. Ben was a member of the Fremont Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed listening to music. Ben also enjoyed being loved and cared for by his family and friends. Ben is survived by his parents, Don and Doreen Koch Jr. of Hesperia; his sister, Kinsey Koch of Hesperia; his brother, Samuel Koch of Hesperia; maternal grandparents, Dave and Carol McAllister of Las Cruces, New Mexico; paternal grandparents, Don & Kathy Koch Sr. of Walkerville; paternal great grandparents, Rich & Wilma Antonissen of Walkerville; Carl & Ellie Koch of Hart; his aunts, Wendy (Dennis) Ingersoll of Fremont; Jennifer Koch of Walkerville; his uncles, Dave (Jane) McAllister of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Christopher Koch of Walkerville; several cousins; special friends, Thomas & Natalie Vanderkooi of Hesperia. Ben was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, JC & Dora Dykman. Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the Fremont Wesleyan Church with Pastor Dan Vickey of the Fremont Church of the Nazarene presiding.
