Miss Bernie Wierengo, 91, of Fremont passed away Wednesday morning October 4, 2000, at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont. She was born May 21, 1909, in Fremont to Charles and Mary C. (Clock) Wierengo and was an electrical technician for Brunswick Corporation. She was member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She is survived by 2 sisters Miss Gertrude Wierengo and Mrs. Joan Silverwood both of Fremont; cousins Carl Hamatra of Muskegon and H.J. "Bud" Clock of Florida. She was preceded in death by her brother Henry and brother-in-law C. Richard Silverwood. Funeral Services were held on Saturday October 7, 2000, from the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel ( new location corner of 48th & Green Ave.) in Fremont with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery.
