Betty Jean Stepnicka Archer, age 92, of Hesperia, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at her home. She was born on November 27, 1929, in Greene, Iowa, to Albert and Thelma (Crosby) Harrald and attended Amazing Grace Acres Church in Brohman. Betty is survived by her children, Terry (Shelly) Tozer of Hesperia, and Jean (Craig) Swanson of White Cloud; many grandchildren; several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane Kartes; brothers and sisters, William Harrald, Frank Harrald, Walter Harrald, and Virginia Miller. Services will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 1PM from the Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont with Pastor Lucky Fulton officiating. There will be visitation prior to the service starting at 11AM. Interment will be in Lincoln Township Cemetery. For a more lasting memorial friends are asked to consider Heartland Hospice.
