Betty Jane (Visger) Tucker, age 69 of Fremont, was welcomed into the presence of her Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 21, 2004 at her home with her family by her side. Betty was born on March 8, 1935 in Muskegon to George and Gertie (Monroe) McCastle. She married Howard Visger December12, 1952 in Fremont and he preceded her in death on October 29, 1997. She later married Dennis Tucker on February 20, 1999 in Holton and he preceded her in death on September 24, 2004. She had been a LPN at Muskegon General Hospital for several years until her retirement and was a member of the Cornerstone Free Methodist Church in Holton. She is survived by her children, Dawn (Mickeal) Meyette of Fremont; Donna (Ronald) Laban of Rhodes, Michigan; Barbara (Larry) DeRuiter of Fremont; Linda (David) Russell of South Bend, Indiana; Alan (Lori) Visger of Morley; James (Jami) Visger of Clarksville, Tennessee; 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; Dennis children, Sheryl Tucker of Muskegon; James Tucker of Holton; Mark Tucker of Holton; her mother-in-law, Irene Tucker of Belding; her sisters, Marlene McCastle of Fremont; Joyce (Wayne) Kinstner of New Era; her brothers, George (Delores) McCastle of Holton; Alvin (Inez) McCastle of Holton; Harry McCastle of Grand Rapids; Dale (Mikalee) McCastle of Fremont; Wayne (Darlene) McCastle of Hesperia. She was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren; her sister, Alice and 2 brothers, Harold and Glen. Funeral services were held on Sunday, October 24, 2004 at the Cornerstone Free Methodist Church in Holton with interment in the East Hesperia Cemetery in Hesperia.
