Beverly Dean Ray, age 62 of Starkville, Mississippi, formerly of White Cloud, passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 at the Mercy Health Partner Sherman Campus in Muskegon following a short illness. Beverly was born on June 3, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to Tommie and Thelma (Edwards) Rice and later moved to the White Cloud area. Beverly had been a homemaker all her life and moved to Mississippi in 2014 from White Cloud. Beverly loved to cook and spending time with her family. Beverly had attended the Glory House of Latter House Ministries in White Cloud as well. Beverly is survived by her sons, Darris Robinson of Big Rapids; Jacque Robinson of White Cloud; her grandchildren, Noah Robinson, Jayden Robinson, Jayla Robinson, Andrew Robinson, Quinten Robinson; her sisters and brothers, Doris Duckworth; Patricia Robinson; Donna Brown; Calvin Nealous; Barbara Nealous; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Tommie and Thelma Rice; her sisters, Rose Marion Robinson and Violet L. Burns and her brother, James Robinson. Memorial services will be held later in the summer of 2020.
