Beverly Ann Maynard, age 71 of Hesperia, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Beverly was born on April 21, 1950 in Grant to Russell William and Mary Emily (Waldron) Robbins and later married Terry Maynard on February 22, 1993 in Hart. Beverly has been a longtime resident of the Hesperia area where she had been a homemaker and enjoyed working in her flower garden and tending her flower beds; was an amazing cook and baker; working crossword puzzles; enjoyed watching The Golden Girls on television and watching comedian Jeff Dunham. She had an amazing sense of humor and was the most caring, kind hearted person who cared about others above herself. Her four grandchildren were the most important aspects of her in life. She would often say, "the grandchildren were her life", which she told them often and having sleepovers made great memories. She is survived by her husband, Terry Maynard of Hesperia; her grandchildren, Terrilyn Maynard, Ashlyn Maynard, Brandon Maynard, and Jaden Maynard; her sisters and brothers – Bernice Clarke of Hesperia; Bill Robbins of Hesperia; Barb Robbins of Hesperia; Bob Robbins of Hesperia; several nieces and nephews. Beverly was preceded in death by her sons, Tim "Timmy" Lee Maynard and Mark Lee Maynard; and by her parents, Russell William and Mary Emily Robbins. Private family services will be held at in the Spring of 2022 with burial in West Hesperia Cemetery. Friends may consider the Beverly Maynard family for memorial contributions in memory of Beverly.
