Bonnie J. Ingram, age 83 of Holton, passed away Monday at Heartland of Whitehall Nursing Home following a short illness. Bonnie was born on Nov. 9, 1925 in Muskegon to Merle and Olive (Harold) Ballard and later married Roy Ingram on May 20, 1944 in Muskegon. Roy preceded her in death on March 3, 2005. Bonnie has been a lifelong resident of the Holton area where she had been a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, growing flowers, feeding the birds and had been active in the Holton community for many years. Bonnie is survived by her children, David (Sharon) Ingram of Marysville, Michigan; Rose (Keith) Perry of Cedar Springs; Joan (Bob) Marriott of Colorado; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; her sisters, Gloria (Paul) Young of Holton; Blanche Willer of Muskegon; her brother, Elton (Carleen) Perry of Twin Lake; several nieces and nephews. Bonnie was preceded in death by her daughter, Opal in 1952; her sons, Fred in 1987; Ralph in 2004 VISITATION : Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 at Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICES : Saturday at 2:00pm at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel. INTERMENT : Oakwood Cemetery in Holton. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : Holton Fire Department.
