Brian F. Wingett, age 60 of Hesperia, formerly of Muskegon, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at his home. Brian was born on September 3, 1961 in Muskegon to Robert and Delores (Faketty) Wingett and graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central High School. Brian later met and married Nancy J. Niemeyer on May 3, 1996 in Muskegon. Brian had been the used car manager at Tom Miller Motors in Muskegon until his retirement. Brian enjoyed golfing, socializing with family and friends, pool night with the boys, was an avid U of M fan and enjoyed all sports. Brian was also a member of the North Muskegon V.F.W. and the Holton American Legion. Brian is survived by his wife of 25 years, Nancy of Hesperia; his children and grandchildren, Joe (Rachel) Wingett and their children, Audrey and Carson of North Muskegon; Andrew Wingett and his son, Dean of Muskegon; his sister, Karen (Brian) Avdek of Muskegon; brother, Pat (Shelley) Wingett of Muskegon; Bobby Wingett of Muskegon; mother-in-law, Jeane Smit of Muskegon; brother-in-law Jim (Jeannine) Niemeyer of Muskegon; several nieces and nephews. Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Delores Wingett; his sister-in-law, Lynne Droge; brother-in-law, Dave Niemeyer.
