Brooke L. Hile, age 31 of Fremont, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the Spectrum Health Blodgett Campus in Grand Rapids. Brooke was born on December 7, 1981 in Muskegon to Larry and Toni (DeWitte) Hile and graduated from Fremont High School in 2000. Brooke enjoyed her pets, visiting with family and friends, cooking, and learning medical information. She had been a volunteer at Truenorth and the Newaygo Medical Care Facility and overall enjoyed helping people. Brooke held a strong personal faith and a special zest for living. Brooke is survived by her mother and step father, Toni (Steve) Miller of Fremont; her father and step mother, Larry (Bonnie) Hile of Twin Lake; brothers, Brett Hile of Fremont; Brian Hile of Fremont; Michael Hile of Fremont; Israel Folkema of Fremont; maternal grandmother, Virginia DeWitte of Fremont; paternal grandmother, Linda Hile of Fremont; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; a special aunt, Sandy Beattie; her step brother, Dustin Williams; step sister, Mackenzie Woodring;. Brooke was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bill DeWitte and her paternal grandfather, Les Hile. VISITATION : Monday, August 26, 2013 from 5-7pm.
