Carl B. Brady, age 40 of Holton, passed away Monday, July 30, 2001 following injuries received in an automobile accident. He was born on November 7, 1960 in Recter, Arkansas to John and Betty (Morris) Brady and married Dianne Blamer on January 26, 1979 in Twin Lake. Carl has been a resident of the Holton area since 1973 and was a plumber and pipe fitter. He was a member of the West Michigan Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Union #174. He is survived by his wife, Dianne of Holton; his children, Jason (Samantha) "Sam" Brady of Holton; Jennifer (Danny) Nye of Holton; Felicia Brady of Holton; 3 grandchildren; his parents, John (Theaonna) Brady of Holton; Betty Brady of Sikeston, Missouri; step-brother, Richard (Mickey) Stauffer of Holton; mother-in-law, Marie Blamer; special friends, Rex Johnson of Holton; Delose Aslakson of Hesperia; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 2, 2001 from the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in Fremont with Pastor David Grubber of the Cornerstone Free Methodist Church presiding with interment in the Oakwood Cemetery in Holton.
