Carol Cruzan, age 60 and her husband, Dale Cruzan, age 63 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 following injuries received in an automobile accident. Carol was born on February 24, 1952 in Grant to Harold and Lois (Berndt) Fowler and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1970. Carol later married Dale Cruzan on March 18, 1972 in White Cloud. Carol had been a para-pro at the White Cloud Public Schools for over 30 years until her retirement and then started working part time at the White Cloud Area Library. Carol was an active member of the White Cloud Seventh Day Baptist Church where she was a Deacon and Trustee and member of the Womens Circle. Carol enjoyed camping, had been an active part of the class reunion committees at White Cloud school, enjoyed playing softball, farming with Dale, volunteering at sporting events in White Cloud and had been a lifelong volunteer in the community. Carol especially treasured her family and was a proud Grandma. Carol is survived by her sons, Todd (Bobbie) Cruzan and their sons, Alex and Mason; Troy (Megan) Cruzan and their sons, Troyer, Jacob and Coleson Cruzan; her mother, Lois Chapin of White Cloud; her sisters, Alice (Ivan) Carson of Hesperia; Linda (Bill) Holmes of Fremont; Margie Smith of New Hudson; Lori (Mike) Stencel of Tennessee; her brother, Ronald (Wendy) Fowler of White Cloud; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her father, Harold Fowler and by her step father, Lee Chapin. VISITATION : Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 2-4 & 6-8 at Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. MEMORIAL SERVICES : Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 11:00am at the White Cloud United Methodist Church. INTERMENT : White Cloud Cemetery. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : Deacons Fund at the Seventh Day Baptist Church in White Cloud.
