Carol Hesting, age 58, of White Cloud, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at Spectrum Health Services – Blodgett Campus in Grand Rapids. Carol was born on February 21, 1959, in Fremont to Robert Harry and Eileen Ann (Fagnant) Nagel and married Dale Robert Hesting on September 17, 1977, in Fremont. She worked for Wolverine World Wide in Big Rapids for over 10 years. Carol was the "peace maker" of the family and enjoyed fishing, cook-outs, and spending time with her family.

Carol is survived by her husband, Dale; sons, Dale Anthony (Laura) Hesting of White Cloud and Steven Ray (Holly) Hesting of White Cloud; grandchildren, Kari, Sanya, Kristopher, Kya, and Lynk; brothers, Robert Nagel of Grant, Tom Nagel of White Cloud, and Rene Nagel of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her brother Gary Nagel.
