Hallowell, Catherine Catherine Hallowell, age 88 of Hesperia, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2002 at the Newaygo Mecial Care Facility in Fremont. She was born on March 4, 1914 in Muskegon to John and Alice (Mulder) Jolman and later married Roger Hallowell. Roger preceded her in death. She had worked at the Gerber Products Company in Fremont until her retirement and was a member of the Hesperia Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her son, Walter (Elizabeth) Hallowell of Mesa, Arizona; ; daughter-in-law, Betty Baker of Hesperia; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Douglas Hallowell. Funeral services were held on Mondy, July 15, 2002 from the Hesperia Presbyterian Church with Pastor Richard Cotton presiding with interment in the West Hesperia Cemetery.
