Cecil DeWayne Dulin, age 77 of White Cloud, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023 at the Corewell Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Cecil was born on September 9, 1946 in Muskegon to Cecil L. and Mildred Irene (Page) Dulin and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1965. Cecil had owned and operated an adult foster care home in White Cloud, had been a truck driver and later worked as a bus driver and custodian at the White Cloud Public Schools. Cecil had enjoyed hunting and fishing and the Michigan outdoors. Cecil is survived by his children, Matt (Jessi) Dulin; Mari (Ryan) Hilton; James (Becky) Dulin; Jon Dulin; several grandchildren; his brother, Harold (Fran) Dulin of Hesperia; his sister-in-law, Kate Dulin and his aunt, Emma Curtis. Cecil was preceded in death by his son, Mark Dulin; brothers, Perry, Roger, Marvin, Howard; sisters, Norma Jean Jordan, Joyce Wallis, and Connie McGranahan. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place and a family gathering will be held at a later date.
