Cena Louise Edwards, age 94, of Fremont passed away at home on July 3, 2013. Cena was born on November 19, 1918 in Marion, Indiana to James and Louisa Sproat and married Donald S. Edwards on June 26, 1938, in Marion, Indiana. Donald preceded her in death in 1960. Cena was a draftsman in the printing department at Gerber's and had been member of Fremont Christian Church - Disciples of Christ for over 60 years. Cena is survived by her children, Dorothy (Carl) Gale of Hart, Donald (Nancy) Edwards of Fremont, James S. Edwards of Fremont, Robert (Vanessa) Edwards of Grand Rapids, and Ralph (Laurie) Edwards of Fremont; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dorothy Spencer of Marion, IN, Jonanna Sproat of Marion, IN, and Robertea Sue Thorn, of McAliserville PA.; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and her husband Donald. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013,at 2 PM at the Fremont Christian Church Disciples of Christ with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery.
