(the family cabin and the family cemetery are walking distance apart.) Everyone is invited. Please bring your own chair and beverage. Paulsen, age 26 of Howard City and Fremont, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2012 at his home. Chad was born on December 1, 1985 to Erwin Randy and Shari L. (Johnson) Paulsen. Chad graduated from Fremont High School in 2004 and later graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelors degree in English. Chad was a heating and cooling technician for Paulsen Heating and Cooling in Fremont, currently working on the Fremont High School and a duct work specialist. Chad enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, working out, playing basketball, and enjoyed collecting shoes. Chad is survived by his fianc, Ashley Eisen and her son, Jhayden Scalici of Howard City; his parents, Randy & Shari Paulsen of Fremont; his brother, Steven (Melissa) Paulsen of Fremont and their children, Chloe and Chase; maternal grandparents, Dolores & Mike Johnson of Fremont; paternal grandparents, Erwin G. (Mable) Paulsen of White Cloud and Arlene (Ron) Crisler of Newaygo; several aunts, uncles, great uncles and great aunts; many cousins. VISITATION : Friday, January 6, 2012 from 3-5pm at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICES : Friday, January 6, 2012 at 5pm at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel.
