Charles Thomas Dodge, age 84, of Fremont passed away Sunday, August 27, 2000, at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility. He was born on March 24, 1916, in Newaygo to Charles A. and Mary Elizabeth (Vile) Dodge. He was a life long area farmer. He is survived by several cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Richard A. Dodge; and sisters Mildred Dodge, Leona Robbins, and Reathel Dodge. Funeral services were held Thursday, August 31, 2000, from the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in Fremont with interment following in Newaygo Cemetery.
