Charles Frank Doran, age 53, of Bitely passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at his home. Charlie was born on August 31, 1965, in Grand Rapids to Thomas Peter and Janet Carol (Smith) Doran and later married Kathy Jo Chase. Charlie had been a foreman for Allied Roofing in Grand Rapids and enjoyed motorcycling and "collecting stuff." Charlie is survived by his daughter, Amber Lynn Elliott; grandson, Damien Elliott; brothers, Phillip Todd (Jeanette) Doran of Hesperia and Thomas Peter (Jolene) Doran Jr. of Belding; many nieces and nephews; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy on April 5, 2010; brothers, Raymond Doran and Corey Doran. There will be a family gathering at a later time.
