Charles R. Ray Troxtell, age 74 of White Cloud and formerly of Walled Lake, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at his home following a short illness. Ray was born November 12, 1938 in Pontiac, Michigan to Roy Hughlen and Flossie (Jones) Troxtell. Ray is survived by his wife of 21 years, Rose Ann; numerous children, step children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
