Faltinowski, Christina Marie Christina Marie Faltinowski, age 20 of Spring Lake , passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April in Chicago . Christina was born on July 18, 1982 in Muskegon to Walter T. and Marie E. (Panozzo) Faltinowski. She had attended Mona Shores Schools and later graduated from Grand Haven High School . She was a member of the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Muskegon and had been a caregiver in the health care profession. A special thank you to the DeVos Childrens Hospital for the care Christina received. Survivors include her parents, Walter & Marie Faltinowski of Spring Lake ; 2 brothers, Jeremy Faltinowski of Grand Haven; Jason Jensen of Kalamazoo ; maternal grandmother, Anna Kochmanski of Muskegon ; many aunts, uncles, several special cousins. She was preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Bernard Kochmanski; paternal grandmother, Regina Faltinowski and a very special aunt, Marva Groendal. Funeral Mass Services were held on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at the St. t. Patricks Catholic Church in Grand Haven with Rev. Bill Langlois presiding with interment in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in White Cloud. Friends may consider the Christina Marie Faltinowski Memorial Fund for memorial contributions.
