Christine M. Thomas, age 49, of Hesperia, passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at her home. She was born on February 13, 1961, in Grand Rapids, and was the daughter of Ernie and Billie J. Newsome. Christine is survived by her mother, Billie Newsome of Hesperia, sisters, Cheryl Dahl of Kansas, Belinda (Randy) Miller of Wyoming, and Ricki (Jason) Bremer of Hesperia; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Shirley Ehrke and Yvonne Fuller. She was preceded in death by her stepfather Ernie Newsome and sister Darlene Thomas. Visitation and family gathering will be held on Friday (today), September 24, 2010, from 6 8 PM at the Crandell Funeral home in Fremont.
