Eaton, Cleo B. Cleo B. Eaton, age 83 of White Cloud, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007 at the Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. Cleo was born on December 7, 1923 in White Cloud to Amos and Adelia (Wolever) Bidelman and later married Peter Eaton on July 12, 1940. Peter preceded her in death in 1973. Cleo has been a lifelong resident of the area where she had worked at Wolverine Worldwide and later at Gerber Products Company until her retirement. After retirement, she wanted to continue working so she started working for the Newaygo County Commission on Aging where she worked until the age of 76. Cleo enjoyed playing Bingo, gaming, had been an avid bowler for many years, enjoyed artex painting and crafts, and was well known for her cooking, especially apple pies. She is survived by her children, Marsha Goins of White Cloud; Raymond Bruce (Connie) Eaton of White Cloud; Peter Duane (Maria) Eaton of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Cindy (Scott) Fuller of Fremont; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Cleo was preceded in death by her sisters, Gladys Thumser in 1997, Clystia Aishe in 1998, Ella Ritter in 2000, Virginia Craigmyle in 2005; her brothers, Roland Bidelman and Roy Bidelman; her grandsons, James Goins and Keith Goins; her great grandson, Joseph Aden Williams. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Pastor John Fuson of the White Cloud Church of God presiding with interment in the Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery.
