Dahrel "Rick" Richard Gottschalk, age 60, of White Cloud passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Rick was born on November 25, 1957, in Howell to Dahrel Richard and Margaret Lucille (Cochrane) Gottschalk Sr.. Rick was passionate about taking care of cars and enjoyed collecting lanterns. Rick is survived by his son, Jason (Kristina) Herrick of White Cloud; step-grandchildren, Johnny Moran, Patricia Tarwacki, and Dakota Moran; 5 step- great-grandchildren; mother, Margaret Lucille (Bob) VanAlstine; father, Dahrel R. Gottschalk; brothers and sisters, Terry Lee Gottschalk of Lansing, Terrina Mark of Haslett, Julie Ann Pollack of Williamston, and Steve Grant Gottschalk of Dansville, Michigan. Also surviving is his trusted dog "Buddy". Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints, 1325 Woodward Ave., Big Rapids, MI 49307.
