Darlene Joyce Lach, 65, of White Cloud, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Darlene was born June 14, 1961, the daughter of Frank and Clara Helms. She attended White Cloud High School. Darlene enjoyed crafting, music, and baking. The most joy in her life came from her grandchildren. She was a loving, caring, strong-willed, independent woman who will be deeply missed.

Darlene is survived by: her children, Bambi Zmrzlik, and Chris (Latisia) Timmer; grandchildren, Dakota, Logan, Wayden, Angel, Willow, and Aviana; brother, Frank Helms II; sisters, Star (Russell) Jastifer, and Sandy Johnston; sister-in-law, Marlene Pach; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; sister, Sally Baker; and brother-in-law, Arnie Johnston.

A memorial service will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Crandell Funeral Home 1109 Court St, White Cloud. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the start of the service.
