David "Keith"
Goff
October 13, 1946 – June 10, 2025
David "Keith" Goff, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Regency in Fremont, Michigan. Born on Sunday, October 13th, 1946, in Dearborn, Michigan, Keith lived a full and inspiring life, touching the hearts of those around him with his warmth and kindness.
Keith was a devoted family man, survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda Jane (Wright) Goff, of White Cloud, MI; his son, Owen Keith (Staci Lynne) Goff; his daughter, Mary Jane Goff Diaz; and his brother, Jim (Barbara) Goff of Bonita Springs, Florida. He also leaves behind a cherished legacy through his grandchildren: Kassondra Jane Diaz (Kristopher) Stencel, Arturo Diaz, Jr., Sailor Lynne Goff (Tanner) Stevens, Riley Lou Goff, Connor Dean (fiancée, Grace Erdman) Goff, and Avery Isabelle Goff; and his great-grandchild, Laiklyn Rae Stevens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Lincoln Goff and Margaret Edna (McCann) Goff, and his brother, Larry W. Goff.
Keith served as a paramedic in the Army, dedicating 18 months of his service in Germany, where he honed the skills that would serve him throughout his life. He spent an impressive 55 years with Ford Motor Company, retiring on January 11, 2014. His commitment and work ethic left a lasting impression on colleagues who remember him fondly.
In his personal life, Keith found joy in various interests. He was an enthusiast of golf, swimming, and water skiing, often enjoying these activities with his family. A true sports fan, he held a special place in his heart for the Detroit Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers. Keith was also an avid viewer of "Wheel of Fortune," "Matlock," and "Jeopardy," always eager to test his knowledge and solve puzzles. He was also a big fan of Linda's cooking, since he was prohibited from the kitchen because he once blew up eggs. Despite his many interests, he humorously was known for his aversion to fishing.
Keith's life will be celebrated at a memorial service held at the White Cloud United Methodist Church in White Cloud, MI, on Friday, June 27th, 2025, at 1:00 pm, officiated by Pastor Jerry Jaquish. Visitation will precede the service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the same location.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud, ensuring that every detail is attended to with care and respect.
Keith's passing leaves a profound void, yet his memory and the wisdom he imparted will continue to inspire those who loved him. His legacy is one of love, laughter, and resilience. Rest in peace, Keith. You will be deeply missed.
