David Allen Riggs, age 73, of White Cloud passed away on Friday February 10, 2023, at home with his family by his side. David was born on July 13, 1949, in Mears, Michigan to John Francis and Florence (Estepp) Riggs and married Linda Mae Mast on March 22, 1969, in Hart. Dave had worked as a truck driver for Parker Motor Freight for many years and was a member of the New Life Assembly of God in White Cloud. Dave served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict and was a member of the Hart VFW Post #1329. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and time with his family. David is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Linda; children, Andrea Coronado of White Cloud, Scott (Missy) Riggs of White Cloud, Shelly (Bruce) VanHouten of Newaygo, and David Riggs of White Cloud; grandchildren, Angelica Coronado, Christian (Ashley) Coronado, Enrique Coronado, Britnay Riggs, Jacob Reichard, Joshua Reichard, Kyle VanHouten, Allyson VanHouten, and Jalynn VanHouten; great-granddaughter, Camilla Echavarria; sisters, Lavon and Laverl; and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Jack, June, Suzie, Janet, Nancy, Stanley, Bill, Jerry, and Virginia. There will not be any services at this time.
