Debbie Y. Genther, age 55 of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of White Cloud, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. Debbie was born on January 24, 1961 in Fremont to Lloyd and Wilma (Boucher) Genther and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1979. Debbie grew up in the White Cloud area and had worked as a data entry operator at Gerber Products for 20 years until her retirement to Florida. Debbie had been a member of the White Cloud Eagles Auxiliary, Fremont Moose Lodge Auxiliary #401 and enjoyed bowling and mushroom hunting. Debbie is survived by her sister, Karen Moorman of Fremont; her brothers, Keith (Kelly) Genther of Newaygo; Duane Genther of White Cloud; nieces and nephews, Michael (Brittany) Genther, Chris Genther, Eric (Becca) Genther, Angie Genther, Cody Moorman, Kimberly (Scott) Wagenmaker; her grandmother, Lucille Boucher of White Cloud; her uncle, Raymond (Arlene) Boucher of White Cloud; her aunt, Shirley (Norm) DeVries of Dorr; several cousins. Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Genther on February 22, 2010 and by her father, Lloyd A. Genther on February 21, 1998. Private graveside services will be held at Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery following cremation.
