Delores F. Splitstone, age 71 of White Cloud, passed away Monday evening, June 3, 2002 at the Spectrum Health Services Dowtown Campus. She was born on June 15, 1930 in Grand Rapids to William J. and Grace M. (Gigot) Hall and married Max C. Splitstone on June 26, 1948 in Fremont. Max preceded her in death on January 17, 1993. Delores has been a longtime resident of the White Cloud area where she was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki (Martin) Fredenburg of White Cloud; MaxAnn Splitstone of White Cloud; Kim (David) Steffes of Rockford; Lorrie (Robert) Shreck of Casnovia; Angelia (Henry) Kuhfeldt of White Cloud; her sons, William (Paula) Splitstone of Cleveland, TN; James Splitstone of White Cloud; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; a sister, Wilma Guevara of Hudsonville; sister-in-law, Lois Decker of Muskegon. Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 6, 2002 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel presiding with Pastor Charles Jones presiding with interment in the Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery.
