Dennis James David I, age 76, of Hesperia passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016, at Mercy Health Partners Mercy Campus in Muskegon. Dennis was born on June 7, 1939, in Muskegon to M. LaVerne and Louella (Eichenberg) David and married Beverly June Charles on August 16, 1958, in Muskegon. Dennis worked at Michigan Spring and Stamping in Muskegon and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an accomplished musician and spent countless hours playing music with his family. Dennis is survived by loving wife, Beverly; children, Ron David of Hesperia, Dennis J. (Joan) David II, of Hesperia, Lonny (Sherri) David of Hesperia, and Kristin (Bill) Rose of Holton; 12 grandchildren and 1 step-grandchild; 7 great grandchildren and 3 step-great grandchildren; sisters, Linda (Terry) Denio, Gloria David, and Marlene David; and brother-in-law, Lynn Cressler. He was preceded by his sister, Phyllis Cressler and daughter-in-law, Stella David. Services will be held at 1 PM on Monday, June 6, 2016, at West Hesperia Cemetery.
