Dennis R. Szczytko, age 68, of Newaygo, passed away on January 13, 2013, at Great Lakes Specialty Hospital in Muskegon. He was born on April 14, 1944, in Grand Rapids to Walter John and Virginia Ann Valerie (Jewel) Szczytko and married Judith Arline Burns on March 3, 1978, in Grand Rapids. Dennis was an auto mechanic. Dennis is survived by his wife, Judy of Newaygo; children, Lori Wiebenga of Sparta, Cindy Burnes of Grand Rapids, Paul Burns of Reed City, Mark Burns of Irons, and Jeff Burns of Coldwater; 29 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and brothers, David Szczytko of Diamond Lake and Paul Szczytko of Diamond Lake. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Walter and Jack Szczytko. A celebration of Denniss life will held at 1 PM, on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at the Resurrection Life Church in Newaygo.
