Diana Westray Boggs, age 60, of Fremont passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022. Diana was born on April 4, 1962, in Chandler, Arizona, to James Barry and Westray H. Hick and had worked as an insurance agent for United Life Insurance and Gerber Life Insurance. She enjoyed reading, watching TV, and spending time with her friends. Diana is survived by her children, Jason (Jennifer Nation) Phillips of Arizona and Nycolle W. Kowalczuk of Fremont; grandchildren, Brittney Harris, Alyssa Keiper, Keyra Phillips, and Nathan Keiper; great-grandchildren, Dominic Prendez and Natalia Prendez; brother, James Phillips Sr.; and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Yvonne Phillips. A private gathering will be held at a later time to celebrate Diana's life.
