Diane Louise Grove, age 71, of Fremont went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Diane was born on February 24, 1945, in Fremont to Ward and Dorothy Marie (Sliter) Dunning and married Gary Luchies. She later married Jay Ivan Grove on June 25, 2005, in Fremont. Diane was a nurse's aide at Gerber Memorial Hospital for over 16 years and enjoyed traveling with her friends and family. Her Faith and Church family were important to her and she cherished time spent with her grandchildren. Diane was a member of the Fremont Christian Church – Disciples of Christ.

Diane is survived by her husband, Jay; children, Kurt Alan Luchies of Fremont, Kristin Marie (John) Krim of Fremont, and Keith Ward Luchies of Fremont; step-children, Kyle Jay Grove and Chad Michael (Kristine) Grove; grandchildren, Amber (Jace) Wirick, Cody Luchies, Dalton Luchies, MacKenzie Beattie, Tyler Krim, Dylan Krim, Karly Krim, Riley Krim, Andrew Luchies, Lexie Luchies, Bree Fields, and Melanie Fields; great-granddaughter, Ariyana Silvernail; and sister, Mary Beth (Bernie) Kolanowski.

A Celebration of Life for Diane will be held at 1 PM, on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at the Fremont Christian Church – Disciples of Christ with Rev. David Dickinson officiating.
