Kiester, Dora Jean Dora Jean Kiester, age 66 of Fremont, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday at her home. Dora was born on July 17, 1938 in Charlotte, Michigan and moved to the Fremont area with her family a short time later. She attended and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1957. She has been a longtime resident of the Fremont where she had been a nurses aid at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility and later became a homemaker. She was active in the Newaygo County Commission On Aging and enjoyed her pet bird and crossword puzzles. She was affiliated with the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo. She is survived by her children, Mark (Tina) Kiester of Newaygo; Sherry Axline of Racine, Wisconsin; Bill (Betty Ann) Kiester of Grant; Bob (Jena) Kiester of Fremont; Greg (Kelly) Kiester of Fremont; Mike (Diane) Kiester of Fremont; Tim Kiester of South Carolina; her cherished 26 grandchildren; her sisters and brothers, Kathleen Thompson of Youngstown, Arizona; Diane Kelly of Grand Rapids; Mary (Tony) Wydeck of White Cloud; Karen Littich of White Cloud; Earl James (Darce) Littich of Marquette; Ronald (Susan) Littich of Newaygo; Fred (Cindy) Littich of Topeka, Kansas; Frank Littich of Sante Fe, New Mexico. Dora was preceded in death by her son, Ben Stump and by her parents, Earl Littich in 1999 and Claudine Littich in 2002. A memorial mass was said in memory of Dora Jean on Thursday, February 10, 2005 at 7pmat a later date at the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo.
