Doris Ann Sullivan, age 75 of Croton, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Hospital in Fremont following a short illness. Doris was born on April 27, 1946 in Big Prairie Township to Carl F. and Marian Lucille (Westgate) Dosch. Doris met and later married Bruce E. Sullivan on February 5, 1965 in Newaygo. Bruce preceded her in death on April 7, 2016. Doris has been a lifelong resident of the area where she had been a homemaker and farmed with her husband Bruce for many years. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flower garden, jig saw puzzles, traveling and camping. The greatest pleasure for Doris though, was her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doris is survived by her daughters, Sue Ayers of Whitehall; Denise Norton of Newaygo; her grandchildren, Ashley (RJ) Howarth, Joe Cox, Brandon Ayers; her great grandchildren, Jerzie Hernandez, Kyria Cox, Avery Ayers, Jayce Schopieray, Blake Ayers, Willow Howarth, Garrett Howarth; her sisters and brother, Carlene Anderson of Newaygo; Linda Warren of Grant; Walter (Janet) Dosch of White Cloud; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
