Her community contributions included roles in Ladies Aid and church Bible study groups. In her personal time, Dot enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She found joy in puzzles, gardening, and tending to her yard, but above all, she treasured moments spent with her family, who were the heart of her world.
A visitation to honor Dorothy’s life will be held on Friday, February 20, at 10:00 am at Fremont Christian Church, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Fremont Christian Church or Newaygo County Compassion Home, causes close to Dot's heart.
