She is survived by her children, Drew (Colleen) Wolford of Muskegon, Angela (Maurice Jr.) Bolles of Fremont, and Fred Wolford of Fremont. Dot dedicated 22 years of her professional life working at Gerber Products, where she was a respected and valued colleague. Beyond her career, she was profoundly involved in her community and church, dedicating over 75 years of service as an active member of Fremont Christian Church. Her community contributions included roles in Ladies Aid and church Bible study groups. In her personal time, Dot enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She found joy in puzzles, gardening, and tending to her yard, but above all, she treasured moments spent with her family, who were the heart of her world.

A visitation to honor Dorothy’s life will be held on Friday, February 20, at 10:00 am at Fremont Christian Church, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am. A luncheon will immediately follow, offering a time for family and friends to celebrate the remarkable life Dot led. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Fremont Christian Church or Newaygo County Compassion Home, causes close to Dot's heart.
