Dorothy M. Misner, 85, of White Cloud passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2010, at her home with her family by her side. She was born on July 5, 1925, in White Cloud, to Herbert and Hazel (Widdowson) Martens and married James T. Misner on February 22, 1947, in Big Rapids. Dorothy was a homemaker and excellent seamstress who loved spending time with her family. Dorothy is survived by her children, James (Diane) Misner Jr. of Noxon, Montana (pre-deceased wife Yvonne), Roger (Connie) Misner of Sheridan, Brian (Tina) Misner of White Cloud, and Gary L. Misner of White Cloud; son-in-law, Brian W. Daniels of Bannister; 4 grandchildren, Gary R. (Nancy) Misner, Gregory R. (Nikki) Misner, Tia Misner, and Brandy (Jason) Godwin; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Lou Daniels in 2005; and husband James T. Misner in 1999. A memorial graveside service will be held at 3 PM, on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Big Prairie Cemetery with Pastor Harry Bultema officiating. Your Mom baby-sat for me in the mid-late 60's and more than once one of you younger boys accompanied her.
