Strait, Dorothy Mae Dorothy Mae Strait, age 67, of Brohman passed away on Friday, May 6, 2005, at home. She was born on February 1, 1938, to William and Mary Crenshaw in Madisonville, Kentucky, and married James Strait on March 17, 1956, in Detroit. Dorothy is survived by his children, Kristie L. (Russsel) Rink of Fremont, Jo Ellen (Joseph) Raymo of Grant, Rick (Terry) Strait of White Cloud, James W. Strait of Brohman, Jeffery Scott (Carolyn) Strait of Woodville, Matthew Shane Strait of Grand Rapids; 20 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brother, Larry Crenshaw of Detroit; sisters, Eleanor Smithy of Brohman, Sandy Young of Battle Creek, Bessie Gerst of Plymouth, and Mary Dunningan of Detroit. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband James, a brother,and 2 sisters. A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 14, 2005, at Burris Lake with Pastor Lucky Fulton officiating.
