Douglas J. Dickinson, age 68 of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at his home. Doug was born on November 6, 1954 in Fremont to Quinn and Lucille (Moon) Dickinson and graduated from Fremont High School in 1973. Doug had worked at HS Die in Grand Rapids for several years until his retirement and has been a lifelong resident of the Fremont area. Doug was an active member of the Faith Baptist Church in Fremont where he loved his church family. He had lived on the family farm north of Fremont, for 68 years where he enjoyed hobby farming and Farmall Tractors and had restored his own Farmall H Tractor. Doug enjoyed playing golf and Uno with family and friends. Doug is survived by his brothers and sister, Larry (Linda) Dickinson of Greenville, South Carolina; Kay (Jack) Storms of Grant; Ron Dickinson of Fremont; several nieces and nephews. Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Quinn Dickinson.
