Earl Edward Kasper Jr., age 68, of White Cloud passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017, at Transitional Health Services in Fremont. Earl was born on June 18, 1949, in Grand Rapids to Earl E. and Erta (Vossen) Kasper and later married Gloria Joan DeGroot. Earl had been a truck driver for many years and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Earl was at home in the outdoors and spent as much time as possible camping with his family. Earl was a proud army veteran serving in Germany during the Vietnam War.

Earl is survived by his loving wife, Gloria; children, William DeGroot of Cedar Springs and Rex (Kathy) Curtis of Hersey; grandchildren, Anthony, Kayla, Jena, Rebecca, and Nicole; great-grandchildren, Connor and Aubrey; sisters, Dorothy Elliott, Erta Sue Smith, and Gloria Gist; and many nieces and nephews. Earl was preceded by his parents.

Memorial services will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, October 15, 2017, at the Croton American Legion Post - 6812 Croton Hardy Dr. Newaygo, MI. 49337. Interment will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery.
